    HOW COFFEE IS MADE




    Coffee is made by 2 process :

    Wet Process

    1. Picking & washing
      • ripe cherries are picked and then washed
    2. De-pulping
      • the cherry pulp is removed
    3. Fermentation (develop complexity of flavour)
      • 3-4 days
    4. Drying
    5. Hulling
      • bean husk is removed
    6. Sorted by size
    Dry Process
    1. Picking
    2. Drying
      • depend on weather 2-3 weeks
    3. Hulling 
    4. Sorting 
      • sieving machine sort the beans
    5. Roasting
      • 23-26 seconds 
    6. Finally
      • in the bag ® sent to your house ® brewed just the way you like
